Stretch film wrapping lines for pallet loads
Securing with stretch film hoods has established itself as the predominant process for pallet load protection against handling challenges and harsh transport environments. With the transverse stretch hood technology optimized by Moellers, the restoring force of the radially stretched tubular film is used to stabilize the stacked load and its bonding with the pallet. The highly extensible Ultrastretch and High-Expander stretch films employed permit stretching of various pallet formats with a single tubular film measurement, exercising increased clamping force and reduce film consumption up to 30%.
Automatic transverse stretch hooder HSA-Vario
Universal stretch hooder for normal stretch film, High-Expander and Ultrastretch film, with vacuum-operated film opening system and patented stretch finger-nesting*). Stretch arm diagonal adjustment for various pallet sizes. Optionally understretch of the pallets or HBWStretch for pallet storage in high bay warehouses. Contour stretch for varying load volume. With Ultrastretch film, smooth surface, visually attractive load, reduced upper surface tips. Throughput up to 120 pallets/h.

Stretch hooder for processing High-Expander-Stretch film. With patented stretch finger nesting for extremely small tubular film widths*). Contour stretch. Twin-head machine variants for application of two film formats, also with automatic changeover. Machine variant Megastretch for stacks up to 3m in length and 2.8m in height.
