Bag loading machines, Moellers auto loaders
Under certain preconditions bag loading from conveyor directly into the vehicle can be the optimum process. For this semi-manual operational method, Moellers offers a broad range of loading machine models: truck rear and side loaders, single and double-pivot loading machines for wagons, platform carriages for the winching-free loading of trains and other loading systems.
In contrast to individual bag loading, bag loading with the Moellers auto loader represents the greatest available degree of mechanization in the loading process: the bags are stacked fully-automatically on pallets placed on the vehicle floor or directly on the vehicle floor, using a pre-selected number of stacks and layers. Moellers auto loaders employ the forming and positioning technology typical of Moellers palletizers, which is characterized by extra gentle bag handling.
